after i got addicted in writing blog... i feel excited writing everything in the blog... like.. happy event, sad things.. wutever ... even sth like this.........

one fine special evening, we planned to cook for our dear ps n his family... n my reponsibilities is...sweet n sour pork...
YUMMY!

steps:
1. Cut the skin of the pork n throw it into the rubbish bin. :P
2. Cut the pork into small cube pieces.
3. Apply some salt on it for taste. (keep an eye on cholesterol)
4. Dip the pork pieces into eggs n flour. (for better--use corn flour instead of normal wheat flour)
5. Deep fry them for 15mins or until it turn brownish... *crunchy*
6. Repeat all the steps for enough amount of pork!

super duber spicy crazy soup....--ma la tang-- (after trying, i din even touch it again...too spicy..)*people laughing by the side*-- me: DUN LAUGH!
